A clear starting point for field work
Projects, customer records, Drawing Studio and settings are visible from the app home.
Simulator capture. The visible LiDAR-unavailable notice is expected on this device.
Audiovisual workflow software
AV Suite brings the full audiovisual project workflow to the desktop. AV Fields brings capture and documentation to the site. Both are in development, built around the people who review and deliver the work.
Commercial AV is our starting market within a broader focus on residential, commercial, industrial, and professional AV work.
Status AV Fields is being prepared for App Store submission and is not yet publicly available. AV Suite version 1 is targeted for 2027. Both remain in development.
Capture. Design. Deliver.
From the first site visit to the project handoff, each team needs the context behind the work. We are developing two focused applications to help carry it forward.
The audiovisual project workflow application.
A native desktop application in development for the full AV project: sales and sales engineering, design and estimating, operations and project management, and integrated review of field information. macOS comes first, with Windows to follow. Version 1 is targeted for 2027.
For: AV sales teams, sales engineers, designers, estimators, and operations and project management teams.
Capture the room. Produce the drawing. Keep the evidence.
The native iPad companion to AV Suite, being prepared for App Store submission as AP AI Software's first product release. It brings measurement review, professional drawing and AV documentation into the room. Public availability remains subject to Apple's review and final release checks.
For: Field engineers, surveyors and project managers working on commercial AV sites.
Inside AV Suite
The Suite's intended workflow connects sales, engineering and delivery, with Field review alongside each stage. These workspaces are in development or planned; cross-product synchronization is not publicly available.
Turn customer needs, source documents and site information into reviewable AV requirements.
Develop the preliminary design, estimate and proposal, and professional documentation for review.
Carry an approved handoff into kickoff, scheduling, delivery coordination and closeout.
Alongside every stage
Planned capabilityReview what AV Fields captured on site inside the same project, from early discovery through delivery.
Inside AV Fields
Explore real app screens with a fictional conference-room project. AV Fields is in development. The LiDAR concept is a labeled simulation.

02 / 03 Floor plan
The displays and camera are on the presentation wall. The example places the meeting table, chairs, touch panel, scheduling display, cable cubby and rack in the room.
Actual Drawing Studio canvas with synthetic geometry. The example is illustrative and its mounting details require site review.
03 / 03 One-line
The example shows video sources and AV over IP, room audio and Dante processing, 70 V speakers, network control and scheduling. Cables route horizontally and vertically.
Actual one-line canvas with a fictional design. Port modes, cable specifications and equipment choices require engineering review before use.
Development-build captures with demonstration data. Plans, coverage and rack layouts are illustrative and require project-specific engineering review.
Built from the work
Founder/Owner Austin K. Phillips started AP AI Software after building a tool for his own work and seeing how much project context can be lost between a site visit and the design that follows.
AV Fields is being prepared for App Store submission and is not yet publicly available. AV Suite version 1 is targeted for 2027. Both remain in development.
Apple's review and final release checks remain ahead for AV Fields. The Suite starts with a native macOS application; Windows follows later. Release targets and first-release scope may change as development and qualification continue.
