The Suite is being developed around four connected areas. Sales and design capabilities are in development; Operations/PM and integrated Field review describe the broader roadmap. First-release scope is still being qualified.

  1. Sales & Sales Engineering

      We are developing intake that keeps source information attached to the requirements it informs.

      Current limitation: Internal development and testing; not commercially available.

  2. Design & Estimating

    In development

    Develop the preliminary design, estimate and proposal, and professional documentation for review.

    • Preliminary AV design

      Develop a preliminary system design from reviewed requirements and field information.

      AI-assisted tools are being developed to help qualified designers explore and review project-specific proposals.

      Current limitation: Qualified professionals remain responsible for technical decisions, validation and final approval.

    • Estimating and proposals

      Connect equipment, materials and proposal drafts to the scope being designed.

      We are building AP AI Software's own estimating and proposal workflow, with review before anything is issued.

      Current limitation: Pricing services, supplier connections and third-party estimating integrations are not available.

    • Engineering documentation

      Prepare professional engineering documentation, including a complete CAD drawing package, for review and release.

      Drawing packages and AI-assisted document drafts are part of the intended workflow.

      Current limitation: Final export formats, CAD interoperability and document templates remain subject to qualification.

  3. Operations/PM

    Carry an approved handoff into kickoff, scheduling, delivery coordination and closeout.

      A dedicated operations workspace is planned for project managers, with role-appropriate access to schedules, labor, purchasing and project records.

      Current limitation: This is the broader product direction, not a complete feature set promised for the first release.

    • Reviewed project handoffs

      Give the next team the reviewed scope, drawings and project context behind the work.

      We are designing handoffs that connect sales and design with delivery while preserving professional review.

      Current limitation: Optional third-party connectors may follow; no vendor partnership or live integration is announced.

  4. Field review

    Alongside every stage

    Planned capability

    Review what AV Fields captured on site inside the same project, from early discovery through delivery.

    • Field review inside the Suite

      Review surveys, photos, measurements and drawings from the site within the same project.

      We intend to make field information from AV Fields reviewable inside the Suite, alongside the separate iPad app.

      Current limitation: Shared accounts, project transfer and integrated review are still being developed and qualified. No live sync between the apps is available.

The desktop foundation

  • Native macOS application

    We are developing the Suite as a native macOS application first.

    Current limitation: No download, supported macOS version list or release date is available yet. Windows is planned to follow; no Windows timing is announced.

A native desktop application

AV Suite is being developed as a native, downloadable application for macOS first, with a Windows version to follow later. It is designed for the office side of an AV project, where sales engineering, design, estimating and project management come together around the same scope.

AV Suite and AV Fields

AV Fields is the separate native iPad companion, used in the room to capture surveys, photos, measurements and drawings. The Suite is intended to bring that field information into the same project for review, from early discovery through delivery. Moving project information between the two apps is still being developed; no live shared sync is available.

Where AI sits

AI is intended to assist with preliminary design and document drafts based on reviewed project information. Qualified professionals remain responsible for technical decisions, validation and final approval. No design, proposal or project document is intended to be issued without human review.

Current status

In development. Version 1 is targeted for 2027, subject to development, qualification and release planning. The stages above describe the wider product direction; they are not a promise that every stage or capability will ship in the first release.

The first supervised pilot is being scoped around field evidence, reviewed requirements, preliminary design and equipment lists, proposal drafts, and a documented operations handoff. Pilot access, commercial plans and desktop releases have not been announced.
