This notice covers this website. It is short because the site does very little.
What this website collects
Nothing.
Concretely, and verifiably:
- It sets no cookies.
- It stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no session storage, no database.
- It runs no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
- It ships no JavaScript at all.
- It has no forms and no input fields.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else. Everything it needs, it serves itself.
These are not intentions. They are checked on every build, and a build that breaks any of them fails rather than publishing a page that contradicts itself.
What the server sees
Like any website, requests reach a host, and hosts keep operational logs that typically include an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you email us
contact@apaisoftware.com is an ordinary mailbox. If you write to us, AP AI Software LLC holds your message and address so we can reply and, if you asked to be kept posted, tell you when there is news. We do not sell it, share it or add it to anything else.
Ask us to delete it and we will, and you do not have to give a reason.
If this changes
A contact form, analytics, or anything else that collects information would make this notice wrong. If we add any of them, this page changes first — the build will not let it happen the other way round.
Both products are in development. When there is a product handling customer project data, that will need its own policy. This page does not cover one, because there is nothing yet to cover.
