AP AI Software LLC uses this website to explain its products and, if you choose, send occasional development and release updates about AV Field, AV Designer or both.

Information you choose to give us

The product-update form asks for an email address, one product-interest choice and your affirmative consent. It does not ask for your name, company, project details or payment information. We record the consent version and time, confirmation state and time, and unsubscribe state and time. A confirmation link is emailed to the address you provide. You are not added to the active update list unless you confirm through that link. The form does not enroll you in a beta or reserve a release.

If you email contact@apaisoftware.com or support@apaisoftware.com, we receive the message and address you send. Please do not include passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unnecessary customer/project data.

How the form and messages work

Cloudflare hosts this site, verifies the form’s Turnstile challenge and stores the signup record in its D1 database. Resend sends the confirmation email and, after confirmation, holds the selected product-update contact and manages opt-outs from product-news emails. Microsoft 365 hosts the Contact and Support mailboxes. These providers process information needed to deliver their services to AP AI Software LLC. We do not sell signup information or use it for cross-site advertising. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Technical requests to the site and its security services may generate operational records, such as an IP address, time and requested page. The form does not store a raw IP address in its subscriber database. Turnstile may process technical browser and request information to assess abuse.

How long we keep product-update information

An unconfirmed signup is removed after 14 days. A confirmed email address and product choice remain while you subscribe. Every product-news message has an unsubscribe method. Resend excludes opted-out contacts from product-news broadcasts. AP AI Software reflects the opt-out in its local record through daily maintenance and deletes that record within 30 days when provider suppression is verified. If we cannot verify the provider’s opt-out state, we hold the inactive local record for owner review rather than treating it as an active subscription. Resend may retain information needed to prevent further email under its own retention practices.

You can ask contact@apaisoftware.com to stop updates or request deletion. We will verify and handle the request according to the applicable record and any information we need to retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Changes and scope

This notice will be versioned when the website’s collection or processing changes. Any separate product account, purchase or project-data processing belongs in the applicable product privacy notice, not this website notice.
